New addition - 10 classrooms, kitchen & dining area and bus canopy. These classrooms are replacing 5 mobile units that will be removed. Also adding two off-ground air conditioning- units to gym which will not be required to be screen. Any other mechanical units placed on ground will be required to be screened. There are presently 515 parkings spaces; no new spaces will be required. There will an addition of 20 bus parking spaces and a total of 516 parking spaces; all parking will be required to be marked and paved as shown on site plans. All parking and building will have to be landscaped as shown on the landscaping plan. Waste containers (dumpsters) are being moved and they must be screened. New addition is being connected to old building with ramps. Watershed requirements are not required as this addition does not disturb more than one acre. Parking in front was re-submitted and was approved zoning-number of spaces remained the same.
