 3.  Drop cords are not allowed to be used as permanent wiring.  (Permanent wiring is defined as more than 3 hours).   The small two pronged drop cords (with no ground prong) are listed for residential use and are not allowed to be used for any length of time. See in room 33 , ROTC office and concession at football field.

5.  Drop cords at lower baseball field batting cages MUST NOT Be left plugged into receptacle and left laying on the ground when not in is constitutes a severe electrical hazard for students and staff that may enter the area while the ground is wet.  (This issue has been addressed in the past.)

NOTE:  Upon re-start of school, insure that all power cords that were left hanging during the floor cleaning process are fully supported and not hanging from wires.

NOTE:  string lights such as holiday lights, have a listing (label) of "Temporary (90 day max) installation and use only".  If the lights are left up all school year for non-powered decoration use only, they must not be found plugged in at any time.  If they are to be powered, they must not be installed for more than 90 days.  Some of these lights also have a listing "For residential use only".  These lights can never be powered in this building.
