2. Provide the manufacturer’s installation instructions and “cut sheets” for the type I hood. All hood and duct clearance to combustibles shall comply with the 2012 NC Mechanical Code.
3. Grease duct shall be tested and observed by the code official as prescribed in section 506.3.2.5 of the 2012 NC Mechanical Code.
