INSPECTION TYPE

1- The neutral conductors from the junction boxes to the 30 amp disconnects can't be a black conductor marked with white tape. NEC 200.6

2- Energize panel EL to test the function of the emergency shunt trip system.

3- Need a panel directory with all breakers properly marked.

*Ok for temporary occupancy.*

1- Electrical drop will need to be reworked, pending rough building failure.

Items on previous inspections have been addressed.

1- The projection plate in the classroom and lab need to have the receptacles installed and wired.

2- There is an open junction box with exposed wires in the lab.

3- All open knockouts need to be sealed.

4- No flex or low voltage cables can touch ceiling grid.

1- #4 is not allowed in a 4x4x2-1/8 inch junction boxes according to 314.16(A), multiple boxes involved.

2- Need revised approved drawings for change from a buss duct to individual 30 amp disconnects at all booths.

3- Fire caulk all penetrations made by EC.

4- Follow NEC Part II Article 240.21(B) when making taps in the boiler room 800 amp service gutter.

5- A sink was added in the classroom, remove 50 amp receptacle whip.

6- A existing receptacle is within 6ft of the new sink. Change to a GFCI receptacle.
